Day 1: Cusco – Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes

08:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. Begin your journey through the Sacred Valley with a scenic drive along winding roads surrounded by snowcapped mountains, fertile fields, and the flowing Vilcanota River. Your professional guide will share fascinating stories about the valley’s importance to the Inca Empire.
Visit the town of Pisac. Stroll through its colorful artisan market, where local families sell handcrafted textiles, jewelry, and pottery that preserve centuries-old traditions. Then, explore part of the Pisac archaeological site, famous for its vast terraces, temples, and breathtaking views over the valley.

Day 2: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco

Early bus ride to Machu Picchu. Ascend the winding road to the entrance of the citadel and prepare to witness the magical sunrise over Machu Picchu, as the first golden rays illuminate the terraces, temples, and surrounding peaks—an unforgettable sight that fills the soul with wonder.
Guided tour of Machu Picchu (approx. 2 hours).
